We Believe

We believe the Bible is the inspired, inerrant, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. We believe that the Word can transform a person from a sinful state and helps him to lead a Holy Life. The Word of God, which is the sound truth, can be used for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness. Hence God’s word is the foundation of our preaching, teaching, training, counseling, mentoring, writing, and broadcasting ministries.

(II Peter 1:19-21 and II Timothy 3:16)

We believe there is only one God who is eternally existent in three persons. Those three persons are: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.

(Genesis 1:1, 26; Matthew 3:16-17; John 9:35, 10:30, 14:16-26 and 2 Corinthians 1:21-22)

Man is created in the image of God but separated from God by sin. Without Jesus we cannot have a relationship with God.

(Genesis 1:26 and 1 Timothy 2:5)

We believe in the Deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, He is God the Son. We believe in His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood; and His personal, bodily return in power and great glory. We can have a personal relationship with God, through the salvation experience of Jesus Christ. Salvation is God’s free gift to man. It is not a result of what we do, but it is only available through God’s unearned favor. By admitting we have sinned and believing in the death, burial and resurrection of Christ, and accepting Him as Lord, we can spend eternity with God. Sanctification is the ongoing process of allowing God’s character to be developed in us.

(Matthew 1:18; Acts 1:11; I Thessalonians 4:16-17; Ephesians 2:8-9; Romans 5:6-10; Romans 3:24; and Galatians 5:22-25)

We believe in water baptism, as taught and demonstrated by Jesus, as the way for believers to identify with the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus.

(Matthew 28:19; Romans 6:4; and Mathew 3:13-17)

We believe that regeneration by the Holy Spirit is essential for the salvation of lost and sinful men. The Baptism of the Holy Spirit is a gift from God. The anointing of the Spirit empowers the believer to develop the character of Christ and live every day in God’s will. God gives all believers spiritual gifts. They are for the strengthening of God’s people (the Church) and proof of God’s existence and power to unbelievers. The gifts of the Spirit are active and relevant today.

(John 4:14; II Thessalonians 2:13-14; Matthew 3:11; Acts 2:4; 1 Corinthians 12:4-11 and 1 Peter 4:10)

Divine healing is active in the lives of people today by the name of Jesus, who is the Healer. Healing includes physical, mental, emotional and spiritual restoration.

(Luke 9:11; Mathew 9:35; Acts 10:38; and Matthew 10:1)

Heaven is a real place and Jesus has said that he has prepared rooms for us. Those whose names are recorded in the BOOK OF LIFE only can enter Heaven. The Bible describes hell as a real place. It is a place of suffering and a place of permanent separation from God for those who die without accepting Christ. God’s desire is that no one be separated from Him for eternity, which is why He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to earth.

(Revelation 3:12, 12:8, 20:12-15; Hebrews 9:27; John 3:16-18 and 14:1-3)

We believe in the resurrection of the saved unto life and the resurrection of the lost unto damnation. The second coming of Jesus is the Day of Judgment when Jesus will return to earth come as righteous Judge. Jesus will return and take all those who have accepted Him as Savior to be with Him for eternity.

(Mark 16:16; John 5:29; Acts1:11; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-17; Hebrews 9:28 and Revelation 20:12-13)
